The start of The ADL Nations League Season 2 gets underway this week with 5 Nations looking to take the Nations League crown away from last seasons winners Wales.

Emlyn Clark (Wales Captain) has a strong squad of players and they are ready for the challenge ahead.

We have new additions into the Nations League this campaign with England having multiple teams with new Captain recruit Matthew Kirkbright remaining hopeful for a good performance for his team England D. We also see Ireland putting a B team together and Scotland have an additional B team.
